SchaumAktiv-TechnologieViele neue Waschtrockner-Modelle von Samsung verfügen über die SchaumAktiv™-Technologie. Das Waschmittel wird bei dieser Technologie in einem Düsensystem mit Wasserzusatz und Luft geschäumt und dringt durch die so gebildeten Blasen tiefer ins Gewebe ein. Im Ausland und vereinzelt auch bei deutschen Händlern wir die SchaumAktiv-Technologie auch als "Ecobubble" bezeichnet, wobei dies zwar ein ähnliches jedoch nicht äquivalentes Verfahren zur Tiefenreinigung darstellt.

So werden Kleidungsstücke tiefer ud gründlicher gewaschen. Erst nach diesem Vorgang geht die Maschine zum Waschprogramm über. Durch die Vorbehandlung mit dem aufgeschäumten Waschmittel scho vor dem eigentlichen Waschgang soll im Nachgang weniger Energie verbraucht werden, um Schmutz aus der Wäsche zu lösen.
