Smart Diagnosis

LG Smart DiagnosisSmart Diagnosis ist ein von Lg entwickeltes System zur schnellen und einfachen Analyse von Fehlern bei LG-Geräten, welches unter anderem in Waschtrocknern und Waschmaschinen von LG Anwendung findet. Durch Smart Diagnosis soll sowohl das Blättern im Handbuch sowie die Recherche im Internet entfallen.

Entscheidet das Smart Diagnosis System, dass ein Technikerbesuch nötig ist, wird der Techniker durch Smart Diagnosis bereits im Vorfeld über den Fehler informiert, sodass er die richtigen Teile zum Termin mitbringen kann. Smart Diagnosis bietet je nach Modell zwei verschiedene Varianten.

Audiodiagnose per Telefon

Eine der beiden Diagnose-Varianten funktioniert per Telefon und einer Tonfolge. Hierzu ruft der Kunde die Smart Diagnosis-Hotline an und wird dann vom LG-Mitarbeiter instrutiert, die Diagnose-Funktion des Waschtrockners zu aktivieren. Mit dieser Funktion spielt der Waschtrockner eine Tonfolge ab, die anderen Ende des Telefons vom Support-Mitarbeiter per Computerprogramm ausgewertet wird. Der Service-Mitarbeiter bekommt dann den Fehlerstatus der Maschine angezeigt und kann weitere Schritte einleiten.

Smart Diagnosis per Smartphone-App

Eine weitere Variante von Smart Diagnosis funktioniert ganz ohne Call-Center und Hotline. Hierbei installiert der Kunde die LG Smart Diagnosis App (Android App / iOS App) auf seinem Smartphone und koppelt das Smartphone per Bluetooth mit dem Waschtrockner. Danach lassen sich per Smartphone-App der Status und die Fehlercodes auslesen. Aufgrund der erkannten Fehler zeigt die App mögliche Lösungsvorschläge bzw. vermittelt einen Techniker/Support-Mitarbeiter, der sich dem Problem annimmt.
